Is there a dress code?

Yes, please come in formal attire. No denim.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP on our website by no later than September 20th, 2025.

Is transportation provided between hotels and the venue?

If you choose to stay at the Fenway Hotel, you won’t need transportation, as both the ceremony and reception will be held there. If you stay at a different location, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the Fenway.

When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at the Fenway Front Lawn no later than 4pm, as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Are children invited?

Yes, we have allocated a number of seats in your name on the back of your invitation which can be used for your children. Please let us know whether they will be attending by indicating it on your RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature in Dunedin in October for a typical day ranges from a high of 81°F (27°C) to a low of 72°F (22°C). Some would describe it as very warm with a gentle breeze.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate your dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will accommodate.

Can I bring a guest?

You are welcome to bring a guest if your invitation indicates that additional seats are reserved in your name. Please include their name when you RSVP.
